We are a scratch bakery based in County Meath. We use only the finest ingredients in our baking. We specialise in Gluten Free! Everything we make and bake is not only gluten free but is also vegetarian and can easily be adapted to be dairy free or vegan. We make cakes, cupcakes and cake toppers for every occasion.
Standing proudly beside our biggest cake to date. The 60th Birthday Cake for Lord Henry Mount Charles of Slane Castle and to celebrate 30 years of concerts at Slane Castle. It weighed over 85kg!
We are a husband and wife team and have trained in the UK, Canada and Ireland. However most of what we do is all self taught! Our extensive experience in cake decorating covers baking, sugarpaste, novelty modelling, sugar flowers, chocolate, marzipan, pastillage, piping and royal icing. With this experience we can provide you with a unique, hand decorated cake that not only looks amazing but tastes delicious too! There is nothing we can't do!
